Cherut Kapitals is engaged in sourcing customers to banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for loan products and related financial services. Cherut Kapitals acts only as a facilitator for application submission, customer coordination, preliminary document handling, and support services, and does not itself act as a lender unless specifically stated otherwise.
Cherut Kapitals does not sell any physical goods, consumer products, or tangible merchandise through this website. All payments collected through this website are only towards application form fees, documentation handling charges, administrative review, and preliminary verification of documents submitted by the customer in connection with a loan or financial service request.
The fee paid by the customer is a one-time processing fee charged for the purpose of reviewing the application, handling submitted records, checking the completeness of the application, and carrying out initial document scrutiny. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, disbursal, interest rate, processing speed, or acceptance by any bank, NBFC, or financial institution. All lending decisions, including approval or rejection of any application, shall remain solely at the discretion of the concerned bank or financial institution based on its own policies, eligibility criteria, and internal review.
All customers must ensure that the information, declarations, and documents submitted to Cherut Kapitals are true, accurate, complete, and genuine. Cherut Kapitals reserves the right to reject, suspend, or discontinue processing of any application if any information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, unverifiable, forged, or suspected to be fraudulent.
The application fee paid by the customer is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable. Once the payment is made, it shall not be returned under any circumstances including, but not limited to, loan rejection, withdrawal of application by the customer, delay in processing, change in customer decision, non-submission of required documents, or non-eligibility of the customer. Publicly available financial-service and application-fee policies commonly state that processing or application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted or the service has started.
The fee paid to Cherut Kapitals cannot be exchanged against any other product, service, or future application. The amount is collected only for the specific application or service request for which the payment is made and shall not be carried forward, reassigned, or set off against any other requirement.
Cherut Kapitals may, at its sole discretion, examine claims relating only to duplicate payments or excess payments made due to technical or transactional errors. If such a claim is found valid after internal verification, only the excess amount may be refunded, and such refund, if approved, shall be processed through the original mode of payment subject to banking and payment partner timelines. Similar refund practices in payment environments commonly distinguish duplicate or erroneous payments from standard non-refundable service charges.
Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their transaction details, account details, OTPs, passwords, and any authentication credentials used while making online payments. Cherut Kapitals shall not be liable for any unauthorized transaction caused by the customer’s own negligence, incorrect data entry, device compromise, or sharing of confidential credentials with any third party.
Payments on this website are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway service providers. Cherut Kapitals does not guarantee that the payment platform will always be available without interruption, error, delay, or technical downtime, and shall not be held responsible for failed transactions arising from issues at the bank, card network, UPI platform, internet service provider, or payment gateway level.
In the event that an amount is debited from the customer’s account but the transaction status on the website remains pending or unsuccessful, the customer must allow reasonable time for banking reconciliation and may contact Cherut Kapitals with transaction proof for assistance. Any final resolution in such matters shall be subject to confirmation from the relevant bank, payment processor, or financial intermediary.
Cherut Kapitals may request additional documents, clarifications, signatures, declarations, or hard copies of records if required for review, application handling, or onward submission to a bank or financial institution. Failure to provide required documents within the requested timeline may result in delay, closure, or non-processing of the application without any refund of the fee paid. Documentation and verification requirements are standard parts of loan processing activity.
The customer acknowledges that Cherut Kapitals is only facilitating the application process and related support activities. Cherut Kapitals shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from rejection of the loan application, delay by the bank, mismatch in customer expectations, or any decision taken by the lender based on its own risk, credit, technical, legal, or policy assessment.
All content on this website, including text, design, service descriptions, logos, graphics, and process information, is the property of Cherut Kapitals unless otherwise stated. No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Cherut Kapitals. Standard website terms commonly reserve intellectual property rights in site content and branding.
Cherut Kapitals reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, services, fees, payment processes, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
